The property was clean, parking was included in the price and the owner of this property was super friendly, she offered some restaurants to visit, where to park car in the city, so we were very satisfied.

Silvia is an amazing hostess. She is caring, organised and has the best file of information. The apartment was clean and tidy with personal items and some food condiments. It was also a quiet and private location with lovely gardens.

Nice, quiet and clean apartment. Friendly host that can provide suggestions for the area.

Room can be hot with the ceiling fan not providing much relief. There is no self check in service- coordinating a check in time with the host can be tricky when traveling. Can't use the bath as advertised as the host has removed the bath plug. An unusual amount of rules are stuck to the walls throughout the apartment

A small apartment within walking distance from Menaggio. Well equipped and a great place for a stay near Lago di Como. Silvia is a really good host and made us feel very welcome. She is serviceminded and contact with her is easy and she always answers almost immediately. There was a lot of useful information about the apartment and the surroundings available. We recommend this place highly. Menaggio is a bit less crowded and more easy-going in my opinion than many of its neighbor-villages. But still they are easy to reach. A great base for exploring the beautiful area.
