"Beautiful stay and place, but work on just leaving the key for people to get in"

The property was modern and very clean. Really nice place to stay and well looked after. Really great location. Beautiful stay.

Just the fact that you could not do early check-in even though we knew the place was ready and available as we were waiting in the heat for four hours and the guy had the key in the key safe already. Communication beforehand and arranging the person to meet us to greet us and give us the key was silly. We had to call the day before to organise it when they could have just left the key in the key safe for us. Made no sense. It was the only place in Europe that didn’t let us check in when the room was available. Hotel or no. Partner ended up fainting from having to wait outside in the heat for so long in front of the house.
