Great location that was very central to town.

Sara & Giorgio were great & very helpful. Sara was incredible with her assistance prior to our arrival. The communication was 10/10. Sara provided information about the carpark & things to do & see around Cinque Terre in great detail - it was excellent service. The accommodation was well located & was very clean & spacious. The apartment included all the necessities such as cooking facilities, fridge & dishwasher which were all added bonuses to make our stay more enjoyable. Communication on whatsapp was fast & helpful. We will definitely recommend this accommodation to family & friends.

I liked that the room was well lit and spacious.

There is no balcony contrary to what was described. The balcony the owners consider might be the landing steps to the front door -- but it faces a concrete wall that is less than 3 meters away! Am still wondering what balcony she is referring to. And the owner did not let us know that there were scaffoldings blocking more than 50% of the staircase(that made it hard and very awkward and dangerous to carry your luggage up and down the 3 fligths of stairs specially when it is wet caused by the rain). the owner only sent contact details on how to get the keys 3 days before we arrived which we did not get right away as we were on a cruise with very limited wifi access. The location of the room is not easy to find -- as a matter of fact - the name of the lodging is only visible when you are already at the room's door -- which is 3 flights up the stairs away from the streets where people usualy look for directions. Everything I have written here are factual but after writing the review above, Sara, the owner does not seem to take my honest criticism too well. Instead of admitting that what I wrote was true, Sara texted me the following messsage: "Dear customer, I reported you to booking after the review you received. unfortunately customers like you who DO NOT READ all the information sent and do not appreciate a job like ours always exist. I won't add anything else because it would most likely be useless. LEARN TO TRAVEL AND APPRECIATE THE WORK THAT A HOST DOES FOR YOU." Too bad the true nature of the owner came about. Instead of taking the criticism constructively, she chose to scold her customer. Again, I reiterate the fact that there is no proper balcony (see photos) and that me and my wife struggeled to bring our luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs when more than half of the stairway is blocked by scaffoldings (as show in photos) and on a wet day it poses a danger to people trying to get up those slippery steep steps.

Location was good. Right in the middle of the village.

Lovely clean, spacious and perfectly located apartment in the heart of Manarola. Quiet and comfortable at night — we loved it!

Location close to station and ferry means you do not have to take steep climb to get to these or after you have used them. It is very clean.

There is some building work going on next door which is unfortunate. Builders are generally quiet but scaffolding makes access more difficult. It is in centre of block but if you are out all day this does not matter.

great location. right in the heart of Manarola and is very close to the train station that makes it easy to explore other parts of Cinque Terre.
