Luxury beach side apartment in Marbella Playa

very clean. spotless. great location. very quiet and relaxing very modern lovely clean big pool

nothing to dislike. one improvement , would may be a well one pack on arrival. we arrived very late and there was no water.

Lovely apartment. Very clean with good air con and other facilities. Beautiful pool area and fantastic location to local restaurants, bars, supermarkets & beach. Nice balcony area too and very spacious.

We didn't like that we had to pay €50 for a check in after 8pm.

Lovely ground floor apartment with secure parking. Limited sea view from spacious patio. Both patio doors lock. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Basic condiments - oil, vinegar, herbs, salt and pepper. Dishwasher and washing machine with a couple of tabs for each. TV with Amazon fire stick. Excellent shower with gel available. Pleasant looking pool. Very convenient to restaurants and shops on both sides of the A7 at Elviria (2-10 minutes) as well as the beach restaurants - 10-15 minutes.

the unit door hinges in front of the washing machine (not the washing machine door) were broken and difficult to close

Good size with 2 full bathrooms. Lovely patio area to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine as the sun sets.

The property manager, Charif, met us as promised and was extremely helpful in getting us settled in. One of my favourite things to do on holiday is to grab my breakfast and eat on the patio - this was a wonderful patio with comfortable chairs and a great view. Loved it. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. Great underground parking kept the car safe and cool! Pool was excellent although kept getting colder by the day!

Couldn’t get out of the complex without the keys. I’m used to a punch code entry system which is much more convenient but I guess that is down to the complex management and not the apartment management. Only one set of keys provided which is not ideal if you are doing different things. Even more so if there were more people staying. And on that note, the second bedroom was certainly big enough to accommodate more people. Been to this general area lots of times and yet I have never been so plagued by mosquitoes! Not sure if it’s the area or just down to global warming!

Good location for shops and beach and a beautiful well kept communal pool area. spacious balcony for eating outside. The host Rashida was welcoming.

outside dining table was poor quality and very wobbly but this did not stop us enjoying outdoor dining

The situation with keys was challenging. One set for the whole party and Sliding door doesn’t lock. The host needed to meet us late night upon arrival to give keys and an orientation. While she was extremely gracious and that might be a safe area, we are more comfortable locking all doors when computers etc are inside and getting in ourselves late at night.otherwise I’d give this property an 11 out of 10!
