Luxury beach side apartment in Marbella Playa

Very spacious, clean, really quiet and located closely to the beach and shops.

The property didn't have a safe and the back door did not lock. Although the electric blinds came down and secured the apartment I would have felt safer having either a safe or back door that locked.

location was really good, pools and grounds great, apartment relatively updated good rental lounge furniture, and kitchen well equipped and balcony good and spacious

The beds were poor quality, and the bedding very poor for a apartment of this quality, such a shame that the beds and bedding were in our opinion sub standard.And when we asked for extra towels it was suggested that there was an additional charge !! meet and greet was confusing, we were told someone would meet us at the apartment and we had pin location. pin took us to a street with no clear numbering as per instructions. It transpired after numerous Whats app ( no one wanted to answer a call direct) that the hostess was waiting at the front entrance, we were at the parking entrance as directed. What we didn't have were instructions that we were to wait at a large gate for parking, we couldn't access the apartment or see corresponding numbers. The arrangement's to access apartment we would suggest need to be much clearer ... even though the hostess was very insistent that everyone else ... didn't have a problem, not a good start. In response to the review the comments from owners/ agency - We were at exactly the pin location, the hostess was not she was at the front of the property, not the garage entrance as advised, lots of silly WA ensued, when we were just round the corner as advised, no answer when we tried to call to speak to get clarity My ‘attitude’ was matching the hostess and her lack of comms and ..a degree of frustration, we did not anticipate extra guests they arrived from U.K. as a surprise for me, we seriously didn’t think an extra 2 guest for 2 nights was a problem, we paid for a 2 bed apartment!? The beds were made up, the cleaning cost of the apartment was 120 € more than enough, the hostess on departure saw the property and indicated all was good, it was, the rubbish bags had only just been done, as we cleaned out our excess from the fridge etc, so could not have been smelly and disgusting my review was fair and equitable.

well located, nice apartment with great balcony

A well appointed apartment. It has been modernised recently and had everything we required. TV firestick connection was a little fiddly but we had a workaround. Very close to the beach

excellent location for lots of restaurants, bars and great beaches. apartment was clean and fully furnished to a good standard. Hostess was extremely professional and friendly.
