Absolutely love the location of this flat, and it comes with parking which is an absolute bonus 👌 fabulous flat with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Right in the centre of Lynmouth near all the eating and drinking venues - superb 👌

Excellent location. Clean and everything that was needed for a short break. Dog made to feel very welcome with her own welcome pack. Excellent cream tea on arrival.

It is beautifully appointed with a stunning bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need; the bedroom has lovely white good quality linen and a very comfortable bed. The lounge is well furnished and very comfortable.
The stairs to the 2nd floor - but the views are worth it

Very nice apartment in a great location, right where you want to be. High standard, view of the sea, harbour and town. Close to many eating places, pubs and shops. Close to the Cliff Railway up to Lynton. Could not fault it and would stay again.

The apartment was perfectly located Very restful and comfortable The bed was good Really good views from the windows in living room
I think it might be a good idea to put handholds in bathroom One in the shower and on the wall over bath for us oldies whose balance isn’t so good !
