This little gem is in a fantastic location. 50 feet of the main plaza. Wonderful attentive host. Kitchen, eating area, living space with couch. Elevator🤗 Couldn’t be happier with this find!

The apartment is very well located and suited us perfectly. It was exactly as described in the listing, spotlessly clean and stylishly fitted out. The aircon was much appreciated. Our host communicated well and gave useful restaurant suggestions. We were welcomed with a bottle of Prosecco, a lovely touch. I highly recommend staying!

The apartment was so beautiful. I felt like the owner had put a lot of effort into both the interior and the little extras. There were small soaps, dish soap, salt, sugar, and so on. Also Nespresso capsules and tea. Upon arrival, there was a bottle of sparkling wine in the room. Completely beyond expectations. The apartment was perfectly located — close to the main square, restaurants, parking, and a supermarket. The owner was very helpful and asked us if everything was okey. She replied quickly on whatsapp. I can highly recommend this apartment.

Nicole was a terrific and friendly host. There are some very grand hotels in Mennagio, but I would not swap them for Nicolas apartment. Stylish and open the windows for views of town clock and mountains. Recommend. Nicola will likely shout you a coffee in her Patisserie. It also has a lift!!

Nicole's apartment was absolutely the best location and best in Menaggio. Very well renovated it exceeded our expectation. We were there for honeymoon and my wife was in love with the apartment and location and Nicole's hospitality is unmatched. This apartment has very comfortable bed, renovated bathroom with heated floors! Very cozy couch, table, fridge, dishwasher etc. Nicole gave us all the local recommendation from boat rental to lunch and dinner. We have rented a boat and visited all the towns but Menaggio is by far the best and perfect for a quality time. Not crowded as other towns and very walkable or bike ride along the coast.

Everything was perfect absolutely best hidden gem. Please go ahead and book. Better than a 5 star hotel

Its location. The style and how new everything was. Very comfortable. Close to the lake and a short walk from the bus station, a supermarket, the centre, the pier for boat trips and a lovely patisserie nearby. Host very helpful as well. A delight.
