Great location. Only one minute walk from the town square. Easy 6/7 minute walk from the ferry terminal. Many restaurants and bars in the vicinity.

I found that the door to the apartment was temperamental - when leaving the apartment, sometimes it locked first up, other times I could not lock it. Nicole runs a great property.

We had a great stay at Nicole’s apartment. Excellent location, very comfortable and clean. Nicole also recommended a company that we hired a private boat from called Rent Menaggio. They picked us up from the square and took us on a short drive to where the boat was. Was fantastic.

The only negative which doesn’t reflect the apartment is be prepared for an early wake up call with the clock bells that start from 7.30am but I expect wherever you stay in Menaggio you will hear them!

The location is right in the heart of the activity and literally a few steps away from restaurants and the waterfront. Ferry terminal less than a 5 minute walk.

Great Location Comfortable Bed Good Water Pressure

Septic or fish odor in the unit, opening windows helped but made it cold. Was not allowed to turn up the heat Door handle broken Couch dirty Cabinets dirty Toilet ran continually and handle was broken. Manager rude when we brought these items to her attention. Said no one had ever complained about anything before.

The apartment was very clean and cozy. There was everything you could possibly need for living - coffee, tea, pots and pans, washing mashine etc. The location of the apartment is excellent, 5 min walk to the ferry, very close to the lake, restaurants around the apartment. The host (Nicole) was very nice and polite, it was a pleasure to contact with her.

Some of the electrical sockets dont work.
