The owner was fantastic in providing assistance to us regarding entry and other information. This property had all cooking, cleaning, cutlery etc that would make for a long stay, felt like living in a Italian home 👍

Street parking at property entrance very hard to come by, had to pay for private parking.

Appartement très bien équipé, avec de grandes pièces ; beaucoup de vaisselle et ustensiles. Proche des commerces et surtout de l'embarcadère (beaucoup de liaisons maritimes) permettant d'accéder aux principaux centres d'intérêt sans voiture.

A fantastic apartment. Only 10 minutes walk to the ferry and less to several good bars and restaurants. Ivana was very easy to communicate with, and answered any questions promptly. The facilities were first rate, there was nothing that you might have needed that wasn't there. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. The WiFi worked well for us. Having secure parking only 2 minutes from the apartment was a real bonus, but it was not easy to find. I wasted an hour trying to locate it, but I have not reduced my rating because I trust that Ivana will react to my feedback and update her instructions as she has promised.

Make sure that you understand where the garage is located … a pinned location would be ideal, or some narrative to help explain the photos that were provided.

Nous avons apprécié la qualité des informations fournies par Ivana en vue de la prise du logement. Ayant aperçu Ivana pendant notre séjour, elle a été très agréable à l'image des messages que nous avions échangés ensemble. Le logement était très propre, très bien équipé et de délicates intentions nous attendaient sur la table ( gel douche, gourmandises pour le petit-déjeuner, champagne, un torchon à l'effigie du lac de Côme, café, des chaussons,....). Étant restés 15 jours, en milieu de séjour, le ménage a été refait, les draps et linge de toilette changés. Venant en moto avec des bagages limités, le logement est idéal. L'appartement est très bien situé, en plein centre de Menaggio. La possibilité d'accéder au garage à été très appréciable car il est compliqué de se garer à proximité de l'appartement. Bilan très positif sur notre séjour à la Casa Ivana. Encore un grand merci Ivana
