Very central, close to the beach, restaurants and the headland. Exceptional staff, helped us with parking and any other enquiries we had.

A bit noisy at night on occasion, but this is not unexpeczed given the central location.

Das Apartment war sauber und alles drin was man braucht. Sehr zentral und alle Geschäfte/ Restaurants in der Umgebung. Strand ca.300m vorn Apartment entfernt. Toller Service!!!!!

Leider war es mit dem parken etwas kompliziert , aber mit Makarska Touristik vor Ort, schnell behoben.

Die Lage war top, der Herr des Appartement hat uns super empfangen, sehr gut über verschiedene Sachen Informiert und bei fragen war er stets bemüht uns zu helfen, feiner Kerl. Zimmer waren sehr Komfort, Klima funktionierten einwandfrei. Super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, beim Einkaufen immer Kassenbon einfordern, ansonsten wird man stets beklaut.

The accommodation is new, the location is perfect. We have visited Makarska many times and knew that this location was the most optimal. Free parking. Animal friendly. Big fridge. The manager of the apartment is the travel agency at the bottom of the building, the people working there are very nice. There are 6 apartments in the building. it faces the street number 2,4,6. apartment 1, 3, 5 partially overlooks the sea. First floor number 1,2, Second floor number 3, 4, third floor number 5,6 apartment.

Cleanliness could be improved a bit, but overall it was fine. Perhaps the biggest problem was that there was no microwave. There is an oven, dishwasher, big refrigerator, but no microwave oven. It's not the hotel's fault, but when we were there, there was a 3-day electronic music festival in the otherwise quiet park behind the building, which was very loud at night. The rest of the sound effects are familiar, as this is a central location with many advantages. There are 3 spaces in the underground garage, an elevator takes you down, the space is a bit tight, but it is better than outside, there are 2 parking spaces in front of the building, we had space all the way in the underground garage, so parking was not a problem, the only thing is that foreign cars always stop in front of the building, so it is difficult to stand.

Bathroom walls could use a little more scrubbing. Everything else was perfect! Owner very attentive.
