- Absolutely perfect location, just 2min from the beach - Very clean apartment with regularly cleaned AC - Big and spacious rooms, including the bathroom - AC both in the bedroom and in the main room - All necessary amenities in both the kitchen and in bathroom - It's very quiet thanks to the quality windows, but might get loud if there's a festival in Makarska - Very helpful staff

- Very limited parking space in front of the building (2 cars max), often blocked by cars parked on the street, which was rather irritating - Very small parking space in the garage (3 cars max) - Small things that require repair (wardrobe door, window) or restoration (walls, floor)

Near the beach and near nice playground for kids

Top floor no elevator, no tv, AC stops working from time to time.

Great spot, in the center of Makarska. Everything so close.

Bed mattresses are overused, time to change.
