Location, ground floor, main street, 5 minute stroll to the train station or port area. Eateries close in all directions. Staff helpful and informative.

Could do away with the wardrobe and install racks to open suitcases on. I doubt travellers would ever unpack a suitcase for a couple night stay, we certainly don't

Great location, super clean, fully stocked with everything you need. Check in was super easy, with really clear instructions. The staff were so nice and attentive. Easy to contact with quick responses.

Posizione centrale a due passi dalla stazione e dal centro di Manarola, appartamento minimo, ma sono stati sfruttati bene gli spazi, ottima la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in struttura ( pagando), ottime indicazioni generali della struttura.

Visto il prezzo della struttura per un soggiorno di due notti, ci saremmo aspettati almeno lo Scottex o dei cenci in cucina, la struttura era affacciata sulla via principale e quindi la mattina tra le campane della chiesa e il camion della spazzatura era impossibile dormire, muri molto sottili anche con le pareti circostanti, sentivamo parlare o rientrare altre persone.

Appartamento centralissimo, confortevole e non manca di nulla. Gestito con grande professionalità e cortesia. Si usufruisce di sconto sull'acquisto della Card del Parco

unable to get a tourist pass before checking in so we were unable to make use of the significant discount for via dell'amore. (since we were buying a hiking pass for the following day and staying in manarolo we would have been entitled to a free walk along via Dell'amore). The hosts did not make us aware of this and when we went to book our tickets the staff at the ticket office were shocked that the hosts had not helped us in this matter. When the kind lady at the ticket office suggested she called our host he was rude and unhelpful even to her.

Peace, cleanliness and readiness of the accommodation

The only thing that is a bit misleading is the offer of a parking space, which is NOT included in the accommodation and costs €25, so add this amount to the accommodation price, of course, if you want to rent a garage 😉
