Location is perfect!

Absolutely the worst bed I've ever "tried" to sleep on. Everything about this property is wonderful except how awful the bed is. My husband and I both agreed it was like sleeping on a slab of concrete.

Roomy apartment with a nice layout in a great location, close to shops, restaurants and the train station while being in a quieter area. High first floor meant little to no disturbance from outside and only a short uphill walk from "downtown". Friendly staff based in the trekking shop just around the corner. All in all the apartment was better presented than in the photos, so a nice surprise 🙂

Living in Manarola is a night mare. Cinqueterre is great, but to visit rather than be a resident.

1. First of all rude and ignorant personel, Mrs Mira, since first moment forcing us to pay for staying immediately, which was already paid via booking. Money return happened only due to booking escalation, after 4 days, it was 1000 Euro, the amount returned was lower due to exchange rates, which was ignored by host. 2. Standard is like poor hostel, be careful as you may be charged for overusing toilet paper. Whole apartment is sticked with warnings, and prohibitions. 3. Gloomy, old-fashioned, dirty bathroom, shower fungus, no space to store toiletries. 4. One kilometer walk on high to reach the apartment from parking, you are not allowed to drive luggage close to town. And apartment is not supporting luggage transfer. 5. Intruder approach, on every moment you feel as unwanted evil to hosts. Even luggage storage is to be additionally paid. 6. For 5 nights, 3 people, you have 5 coffee capsules ensured for whole staying. 7. Cooling unit on balcony, which unable you to use balcony due to outstanding heat being emitted by device. Additionally you can not open windows as whole this heat affect the interior. 8. Additional bed for 3rd person, spoiled with springs sticking out of the mattress. 9. No towels change on long staying, and at the end the warnings says you are obliged to clean. 10. Construction site just opposite, the unacceptable noise since 4:30 in the morning. Vehicles with deliveries, construction machinery and noise, garbage trucks are emptying out of glass at 5:00 AM on daily basis.
