The stay is very comfortable and Kathleen is very friendly and helpful

Great host,good location, secured by large gate just off main roads for convenience.

Mattress was very firm, wifi had to be purchased from a 3rd party vendor.

The location of the place is perfect, just a few minutes away to Panagsama Beach, as well as, Kawasan falls. The place itself is quiet and peaceful, perfect if you want to be away from the noise and crowd. The host, Ms. Kathleen is really approachable and accommodating. She taught us how to get to places. We rented a motorbike from her with a really reasonable price. The room is clean and cozy. The private bathroom is clean, the heated shower is a plus.

Cellular data is a bit weak in the place, but they do have a free wifi. However, it can only be accessed in the common area, which is still okay for us. So, whenever you're in your room, you can just rest and not scroll on your phone.

Nice and easy. Nothing special, a bed, a toilet.

You need a bike or a car to get there and to the city because it’s kinda outside.
