We had an amazing stay at Kats place. She was very warm welcoming us and gave us a lot of tips where to go and what to see. It’s really a nice Homestay with huge, comfortable rooms

The host was super helpful with suggestions on where to go and what to expect from places on Moalboal. I will recommend you stay here. The place was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The ability to rent a motorcycle from them made all the difference. I will 100% recommend you stay here if you value comfort, cleanliness, and a friendly host. Gracias!

We didn’t expect anything and got from the first second a very warm host, a cleaned room and everything we needed. Our arrival was on christmas day so Kathleen ivited us for a awesome dinner with family, friends and little dogs. The Scooter rental is perfect, the places arround cool and the family helped us to plan our days even during a rainy day. If you want to be alone, nobody will disturb you on this huge backyard with Garden and so on. Thank you for everything and all the best for you Kathleen and your family!

Kathleen is an amazing host! She provided scooter rental and also gave me very useful tips for travelling around island. The place has a great vibe of people, 100% recommend for solo travellers! It is not located in the centre so it is pretty quiet which is nice bonus.

We had a very comfortable stay at Kathleen's Vacation Place! It's not near Moalboal's beach but we didn't mind because our itinerary was to go to Kawasan Falls, Lambug Beach and Baybay Beach in Dumanjug. I love this place and will surely come back when I visit the south again.

The property was in a great location, the beds were comfy and the room was lovely and clean. Kathleen was super helpful and organised scooters and taxis for us.

Kathleen and John are outstandingly friendly and kind, always willing to help or to give good advices. The place is located 5min away from the Center by Scooter, 10min from the sea. So its a quiet and natural place, perfect for those who want to avoid to be in crowded/touristic areas but still everything is easy to explore. The room and especially the bathroom were spacious and clean. We could rent a scooter and could enjoy a fresh coconut from the garden in the morning. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
