Instalaciones muy viejas. Sofa del salon muy viwjo y sucio. Almohadones del sofa sucios. Cubiertos de la cocina disparejos. Necesita un profundo lavado de cara todo el apartamento. Se nota que es un edificio de 1963

Sijainti tosi hyvä.

Keittiön varustelu huono, ei uunia eikä astianpesukonetta. Ruokailuvälineitä todella vähän, ostimme uudet viinilasit. Kahvinkeitin oli tosi surkeassa kunnossa, senkin ostimme uuden.

Underbar utsikt, stort poolområde och trevlig personal i receptionen. Bra ljusinsläpp i lägenheten.

Finns lite små renoveringsbehov i lägenheten som lösa plattor i klinkergolvet, toalettdörren på nedre plan gick ej att låsa, AC i ena sovrummet gick ej att stänga av etc. Men överlag är det en trevlig lägenhet.
