Villa Cinzia-150 mt from the beach

Host was amazing

This was a last minute booking. The host was very welcoming, suggested some great places to eat and even left some drinks in the fridge for us! The location was amazing, 2 minute walk to everything you need including the beach. We felt very safe and content in this accommodation, felt like a holiday home with the outside area. Great stay, would 10/10 recommend 😊

the booking.com listing shows all the apartments as one listing, a bit misleading as you don't know exactly what your getting

The staff responded quickly and positively to any of our requests. Location is awesome- a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Mondello is a nice place to spend a week or less. Villa is large and has good furniture.

Light and morning sun is important to us. This villa is very dark. Gets no sun in am...a speckle in the afternoon. The photos show a terrace with sunshine but the villa is divided into 3 and only 1 villa receices the morning sunshine. If that does not bother you- book this villa and use the beach as it is a 5 minute walk. Also one bed was great - the other squeaked loudly.
