Villa Cinzia-150 mt from the beach

Located in a quiet area within a 5 min walk to Mondello beach and old town. Perfect for all types of families, clean with secure parking The host, Francessco, was always available and offered many local recommendations. Highly recommended !

The location 

Villa Cinzia is at a fantastic location which is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment is very clean. Host Francesco and Rossana are also very friendly and helpful! We had a good time in Mandelo thanks to them!

Great apartment, very well located and with gentle hosts.

Great outdoor space when the weather is nice. We hired a Chef to come which was perfect. I'm glad there was a couch so at least 2 of us could sit there vs the table. I was glad there was coffee and body wash.

It was a bit cold upon arrival, and took a while to heat up, but maybe it seems typical in Germany.

The host Fransesco was such a kind and generous host. He was so friendly and went out of the way to help us and give us a tour of his ancestral home near the Palermo cathedral. We are really grateful to him. He made us feel so welcome. After check out, we had a few hours before our flight out and he so kindly offered that we move our stuff to the adjancent apartment villa for a few hours until we leave for the airport.

Everything was great.
