The property was in the best location just next to the beach and old town. The balcony was so lovely to sit up there and have a glass of wine in the afternoon. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind close to everything that you didn’t need a car at all. Our favourite place of our 6 week Europe trip.

Loved everything. Could not fault it.

This apartment is beyond amazing! I have been so lucky to call it home for the past 5 days. I have fallen in love with Monopoli and can’t wait to stay here again. The position is perfect, the apartment is so comfortable and the views are spectacular. I have enjoyed sunrise each morning from the balcony. Heavenly. Thank you Enzo for making sure I had everything I needed and not to mention, for driving me all the way to Ostuni when there was a train strike.

It is perfect.

"Comfortable apartment in the heart of Monopoli."

Located v close to the beach in the old town in Monopoli. Close to lots of bars and restaurants and in great location to explore the old town. Comfortable inside but not exceptional as a couple of properties have been. Roof terrace was nice to sit and eat breakfast.

Very busy area - you need earplugs in the evening to sleep. Parking is a bit awkward - we had to park away from the property and walk back.

"A lovely and relaxing holiday."

The apartment was wonderful and was perfect for our 10 night stay. Enzo was super and helped to organise our airport taxi, let us check in early and ensured that we had our sheets and towels changed. The wine was very much appreciated. The apartment was spacious and had plenty of storage. The view from the terrace was amazing and it was sunny all day long. The location was great for the beach and walking out for food and wine. We only made breakfast as there's lots of lovely restaurants nearby but everything is there if you want to cook and eat on the terrace.

We enjoyed everything and knew in advance that there would be a lot of stairs, which wasn't a problem. You don't get a super terrace and view without being high up.
