Apartament komfortowy. Bardzo dobrze usytuowany, Blisko do morza i niedaleko od starej części miasta. Sklep tuż obok. Atutem było patio z wygodna kanapą i stołem oraz dwie łazienki. Można tu było posiedzieć pod zadaszeniem. Kontakt z właścicielem bezproblemowy i serdeczny. Polecam.

O apartamento e suas acomodações eram novas ,ambientes com decoração atualizada e moderna, estacionamento dentro das instalações no Condomínio,o que nas cidades na Puglia sempre é dificuldade

Lovely clean , comfortable, modern Apartment Very well equipped, near to Local Supermarket

Too far out from the old town which we didn't realise when we booked ( we are too old to hire a car ) and as we are English we would have liked some tea cups or mugs.

"Disappointing so please make improvements and location was more like a ten minute run into Monopoli not a walk"

Clean, good position for beach and supermarket

Claustrophobic as no view from any part of the apartment. Level of equipment was poor and the opening roof to the terrace did not work. Freezer compartment to fridge did not have a door so everything in the fridge froze. No plug for waste in sink, so it wouldn’t hold water to wash dishes. Controls to the extractor fan had been removed so no control of extractor fan was possible
