My Monopoli - Casa dei Fiori "Iris" Cala Paradiso

We stayed for a week and the location was good,handy for the beach and shop! The Outside space was good but not equipped enough to use fully.

We did not have any hot water for three days; called out the rep who couldn't fix it and was going to contact the plumber but not fixed by the time we left. Showering in cold water not very pleasant!! 😞 Also would suggest having another outside settee and outside dining table and chairs to accommodate four people. The accomodation was short on crockery as well. Only one controller for the AC.

Location near to the beach and right next door to a supermarket. We could walk into Monopoli at night so no need to drive.

The rubbish recycling. I would prefer the host to deal with this aspect of the stay.

Very clean, great location

Bed made alot of noise when moving in and out . Only one air con converter for 3 units, needs more utensils for kitchen . Also has a little bit of an Ant issue in kitchen.

Very convenient to grocery store.

Water leaking on patio

location close to several beaches in Monopoli; apartment had all the necessities in the kitchen/ bathroom/ bedrooms; parking available; supermarkets, pizzeria and ice cream shops nearby

apartment needed some minor repairs to be done

close to small nice beach. 2 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. beside supermarket. kitchen utencils : everything available! large terrace in front, small at the back. sun everywhere if you want.

building is brandnew , but noisy. you can hear the neighbours using their bathrooms and toilets.

Well-equipped, modern, nice patio Calm area, close to seaside
