Really convenient location and having its own parking was handy.

The window didn't open which made the nights quite uncomfortable in the heat. Instructions for the hob would have been really useful as the side pictures/numbers had worn off and being electric it wasn't immediate to judge if the correct ring was heating up or level of heat. It was all fine but looked a little tired and worn in the kitchen area and bathroom.

central ,reasonable value. Easy walk to railway station and supermarkets, close to High St for takeaway food if required. Very quiet at night.

problems with tv reception ( eventually fixed but took a few days) heating & hot water went off a couple of times, electricity went off once ( eventually fixed) Cooker top didn’t work, but microwave ok . Shower tray filled up - not draining properly.
