Very comfortable and spacious. Nice neighbourhood. Easy parking. Easy check in.

This seems a bit picky .. but it was very warm and heating not on .. but no way to dry towels after showering.

The property was refurbished to a beautiful standard.Genuinely I was so impressed. Plus your price.I wanted to stay for longer once arriving at the property. I’ve paid more money for a Hotel in Leeds.Never again now I know about your property. So homely which makes you feel very comfy in the property. Plus the best night sleep I’d had in months.Busy&Vibrant area.Everything to hand.no need for my car.Sooo quiet at Night time Bonus. Couldn’t resist Met a lovely women at the beautiful flower shop across the road@ The Perfumed Garden

"Cute place in a good location"

Good location, ample amenities, comfortable bed and great shower!

The smell of stale smoke when we entered was a big put off. Though the bedroom was clean and sheets were very fresh. We could hear the neighbours in the very early morning through the bedroom wall.

Beautiful flat close to Leeds. Bus stop, pub, Lidl is about 2 mins away. Nice and comfy bed, kitchen is modern and well equipped. Would return any time!
