Stylish 1-Bedroom Apartment in Chapel Allerton with Free Parking

Beautiful set up, great for a couple, perfect location for our plans at the Mustard Pot.

Nothing apart from the water in the bathroom floor when you have a shower.

The apartment was beautiful and clean ,bed was comfortable,I loved the under floor heating in the bathroom. Area is lovely,would stay again if I was ever in the area again.

No blind in the kitchen but wasn't a big issue

Lounge area a bit tricky. Could use an additional moveable chair so can watch tv face-on.

Convenient location:plenty of space even for a couple:general appearance and conition excellent: kitchen area well equipped: very comfy bed: not over-priced.

Lack of instructions for use of all electrical appliances except hob and oven so I was unable to use eg. the lovely shower in the bathroom, which also needed a towel rail. Plenty of room for and would benefit from eg. a dressing table and a chair or two in bedroom and a bureau or writing table and chair in living room. The key lock box is fixed below eye level and very awkward to operate. Could benefit from small waste paper basket in bedroom and living room. Why no blinds for privacy in kitchen, especially when lights are on?

It is roomier than it looks and really well presented. Free and plentiful parking outside was really handy and great location. Exactly what we needed for my one night stay with my daughter.

The kitchen really could do with a blind. It is black out lined during the day but at night time with the kitchen light on you can see in. A bathroom shelf would be great as the one in the cupboard is very thin and not great. The shower is amazing but needs a tray as it escapes the shower surround. The controls are really tough which would be helpful to let people know as I only worked it out from reading reviews.

Lack of window coverings for privacy at kitchen area

We drove from London with modest expectations, but the location exceeded them! We had dinner at the Thai restaurant (Sukhothai Chapel Allerton) recommended in the book, and it was superb. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and met all our standards. It’s spacious and minimal, offering everything you need plus a high standard of cleanliness. We would definitely stay here again.
