My stay was absolutely fantastic—I loved everything about it! The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, even for a studio. I appreciated the extra mattress and pillows provided, and the washing machine worked perfectly. The rack for drying clothes was very useful, and it was a bonus to have a great view of Legoland from the window. As a small suggestion, it would be even better if a microwave was provided for reheating food and an additional rack for drying clothes or telekung inside the room. Thank you for an amazing experience—I would definitely recommend this place to others!

I found the self-check-in process very convenient and efficient, especially with the use of the safety box for key collection. However, I noticed a small area for improvement that could enhance the guest experience. The lighting near the safety box was a yellow tone, which gave a cozy ambiance but made it a bit challenging to clearly see the lock and the numbers on it. Since the lock's numbers are in silver and use a finer font, they can be harder to distinguish under this lighting. Perhaps adding brighter or more focused lighting near the safety box, or using locks with more contrast in their design, could make the process even smoother for guests.

Access card not working thus - unable to park my car at the multistorey indoor carpark, quite troublesome if you have young kids and many bags - unable enter lift lobby - host said it is the first time this happens so in future if want to stay here again must ask/message them in advance if they have fix the issue with their access card.

The unit has heater but not working for two days which makes uncomfortable as family with kid. Also the swimming pool is closed for renovation since May 2024 but this was listed as Swimming facility. This was makes unhappy to stay and property owner was saying that they were not aware of the swimming pool closure and cando has provided notice about the closure. We reported this to property owner but they told to change by cancelling next day stay which makes uncertain at last minute and I didnt change it. Also due to travel comfort I reach very early and I paid RM90(after discount) extra though it make sense to pay as early checkin ,But overall stay was not happy.

High level, from homestay we can see legoland resort 1 bedroom homestay but host provide additional mattress

1. Difficult to open the door at first time 2. water heater not properly function. No hot water. Water spray can’t adjust, water flow is hard. Not comfortable while using it. Luckly have original shower from developer but no heater. 3. ⁠can improve cleanliness, dust at ceiling fan quite thick 4. If provide microwave much better. Easy for heating food. But properties give induction as an option. 5. Bread toaster not well clean.
