The apartment is well set up with everything a guest may need for short or long stay - kitchen utensils, dishwasher, extra blankets, washing machine... Including a neatly prepared instruction book with great recommendations for moving around, places to eat in Marghera, Mestre and Venice and top tips! Beds extra comfy, apartment kept warm with central heating, quiet residential neighborhood, close to bus stop for Venice and supermarkets. Grazie di tutto, Matteo!

Apartment is on the third floor /no elevator, building policy for quiet time after 22.30-23h. In our case, without heavy luggage and daytime arrival/departure, it was a non-issue, but it should be taken in consideration in case circumstances differ.

The host was very understanding and provided us with all the necessary information. The place was clean, tidy, and spacious, and all possible kitchen amenities were at our disposal. It appears that the apartment is in a pleasant neighborhood.

I would like to bring two matters to your attention. Firstly, the apartment was quite cold, and the automatic temperature was set at 22 degrees Celsius with no option to adjust it, and the air conditioning remote was not available. The host mentioned that they are legally unable to increase the heating, which I found to be a bit perplexing. Secondly, the advertised private parking space is located on the side of the building and is completely in dark withoutany light, which made it feel somewhat insecure. Consequently, we chose to park on the street across from the building, and we experienced no issues.

Sono stata con la mia famiglia per visitare Venezia per la prima volta, mi sono trovata molto bene. Il signore che ci ha accolto è stato molto gentile e ci ha spiegato come arrivare a Venezia. È molto vicino dall appartamento basta prendere il bus 6 o 6L e arrivi direttamente a Venezia s. Lucia. La casa era molto pulita e accogliente. Ci ritornerei molto volentieri 😊

Appartamento non eccessivamente grande ma molto confortevole, vacanza di famiglia con 4 persone, siamo stati molto bene, l’appartamento é dotato di tutto l’idispensabile, molto apprezzata la cesta con i giochi. Vicinissimi sono presenti due supermercati, la fermata dell’autobus, farmacia e un tabacchino. Zona e condominio molto tranquilli, comodissimo il parcheggio privato.

Terzo piano senza ascensore, per un soggiorno di breve durata va benissimo, se uno ha tanti bagagli é un pó scomodo.

Appartamento curato, pulito, dotato di quanto necessario per trascorrere il soggiorno. Proprietari cortesi e molto disponibili. È un ottimo punto di appoggio per poter visitare Venezia e dintorni.
