The appartement is located in the quite neighbourhood. So its perfect to return to peaceful stay after travelling in Venice. To note that the appartement is located on third floor without lift. The host was kind enough to help us carry the bags to the appartement. There is also a supermarket near by. There is a bus nearby which takes you directly to Venice. It was quite practical and comfortable to travel by bus. The appartement also provides parking facility in the building and you can always keep an eye on your car from the bedroom.

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The place was spotlessly clean – everything smelled fresh and was impeccably maintained. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was sparkling, and the small kitchen area had everything we needed. The host was exceptional – very responsive, kind, and attentive. Even before our arrival, they provided us with clear directions and helpful tips about the area. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed, which made us feel right at home. The location is also super convenient – just a few minutes’ walk to public transport, and from there it’s a quick and easy ride to Piazzale Roma in Venice. In under 30 minutes, we were in the heart of the city with no hassle at all. We highly recommend this apartment – it’s perfect for a peaceful and comfortable stay near Venice!

Very homy feel in the apartment. Has everything needed to feel comfortable. Clean, quiet.

The owner is very, very kind. The flat is very warm and cosy. The flat has everything you need. Great bed. Located 20 minutes from the island Venice. Our impression of the trip and staying is above and beyond expectations
