i did not get the property i paid for. i was double booked and was given a different location and was clearly of lower quality. ai paid RM900 for 2 nights and the raid of the place i got was not even RM409 for both nights.

The check in is terrible, completely different and far location to get the key, and the apartment has bad odors.

Size is big. Bed is comfortable.

1. Water is not hot even at 12 midnight (master bedroom). 2. Info pack didn't tell can use the access card to go parking. Entered using tng and paid rm11 for one night stay. After that cs only informed can use card to enter parking. 3. No tissue provided.... Necessity. 4. Toilet has smells. 5. No balcony as picture advertised (room rate us pricey after adding the cleaning fees but unit doesn't come with balcony)

the process was convenient , room very clean and tidy

Apartment was very spacious, and kept nice and clean.

Cupboards in the bathrooms under the sinks have water damage - spouts need to come out further over the bowls. Very limited cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery.

Cabinet at toilet in bad condition not rectified

The environment, the security, the view, the cleanliness, the spaciousness, the amenities.

The fact that you had to collect the key from one place while the location of the accommodation was somewhere else. Too much of a hassle.
