You advertised this property as accessible and all on ground floor where sit was ten large steps up to the front door Myself and my daughter are both disabled and not able to climb the stairs, the host gave us the basement flat but it wasn't comfortable so we left the property on Wednesday and went to the travelodge what a waste of Ā£500
