The apartment ticked all the boxes for a long stay. The location in Palm-mar was excellent — peaceful and well-situated. The apartment itself was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Sonja is an excellent host.

Nothing significant to mention — everything met our expectations and we had a very pleasant stay overall.

"Great apartment in a calm town, excellent location for further exploration of Tenerife, Super Host"

Very nice apartment in a calm town, just a 'mountain away' from busy Los Cristianos / P. de Las Americas. Excellent location to further explore Tenerife, but you'll need a car. Hiking to Los Cristianos is certainly possible, but also a bit of a challenge. The apartment is close to some 'supermarkets', a nice breakfast place and ditto restaurant, there are some more restaurants and a beach bar within further walking distance. There is a nice swimming pool with sun loungers and a parking garage. The apartment has a large balcony facing south with a table and some chairs, which is very nice to enjoy breakfast on or the sunset. The apartment is very complete, even has a washing machine. The biggest 'asset' of this apartment is its host, who is totally friendly, hospitable, reasonable, knowledgeable, and, above all, helpful.

Nothing that WE could think of. (please note: supermarkets in Palm-Mar are closed on 25 December and 1 January 😇)
