Please note since the February 1, The reception hours: from 10:00 am to 14.30 and in the afternoon from 16:30 to 21:00. Please note that the check-in hours for bookings made between 14:30pm and 16:30pm for the same day, are only from 16:30pm to 21:00pm. The face-to-face reception is located at Av Zaragoza No. 5 (Hotel Avenida). For group reservations of 2 or more apartments, special group conditions apply, 100€ for each flat will be charged in advance. If you bring a pet with you, you will have to leave the establishment as soon as we detect it and you will have to pay a fine.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "Aardig appartement maar niet geschikt als je niet tegen straatlawaai kunt."

2 slaapkamers. Parkeergarage dichtbij. In het centrum. Netjes en schoon.

Het lawaai van de bars beneden in de straat! De slaapkamers waren aan de straatkant dus oordoppen waren echt een vereiste. Donkere zitkamer doordat luxaflex niet werkte.
