Please note since the February 1, The reception hours: from 10:00 am to 14.30 and in the afternoon from 16:30 to 21:00. Please note that the check-in hours for bookings made between 14:30pm and 16:30pm for the same day, are only from 16:30pm to 21:00pm. The face-to-face reception is located at Av Zaragoza No. 5 (Hotel Avenida). For group reservations of 2 or more apartments, special group conditions apply, 100€ for each flat will be charged in advance. If you bring a pet with you, you will have to leave the establishment as soon as we detect it and you will have to pay a fine.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. L'emplacement, l'accès très pratique, les équipements et la disposition de l'appartement

Le bruit ! Cela manque d'un double (ou triple) vitrage sur les fenêtres donnant sur la rue. Le week-end, c'est bruyant toute la nuit ! Et même quand la fête s'arrête, on entend après les voitures-balais... Par ailleurs, il faudrait un tapis de bain pour la douche : comme elle n'est pas penchée, l'eau a tendance à s'échapper de la douche. Enfin, cela manquait d'une lampe de nuit

Nice space. Roomy. Location fantastic.

In error the room was booked twice . Money not refunded. No consideration by booking.com or the accommodation management. Blamed each other.
