One of a Kind Luxury Studio Stay in Penzance

Nice little hidden gem, good location for getting around. Good for buses at regullar times. Good coms once we got the door code off the owner as booking .com didn't supply it like they should have.

Lack of storage room in the bathroom, but got by.

very functional studio apartment, just what you need for a short break. It's a one room apartment (just as described) but was perfect for our stay as we had plans for most of the days we were there

No parking, which isn't the owners fault and as I know the area wasn't a big deal, but parking in the surrounding streets is hard to find

Location was great, Kitchen and cooking facilities, Bed, Netflix and Amazon prime available, Wi-Fi strong, Batchroom and shower cubicle excellent

Got a bit hot and could do with some cooling mechanism like wall or overhead fan. I thought a bit overpriced for the size / single person occupancy

- good location easy to find as labeled clearly the nook - wifi available - host responds fast - clean and new facilities - everything works. - everything stores neatly away and good plug points. - would be nice to have a mini hair dryer plus clothes dryer as swimsuit/wetsuit season!

- host did not tell us in advance about the key - had to reach out the morning of the checkin about the key code to door. - the wood in the room was new so smelt new and a little bit dusty. but got used to it. wish there was more ventilation though. - because this is a ground floor street level - sometimes can hear cars parking/car doors closing etc. however v quiet at night as residential area.

Great looking property with a lovely interior. Good space for a couple.

Could do with a fan as gets pretty hot at night with not a lot of air flow. Would also have liked a hairdryer/shower gel.
