One of a Kind Luxury Studio Stay in Penzance

We had a lovely stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, best night's sleep we've had in a long time! The location was great.

Parking wasn't ideal, had to park a few streets away.

First of all, Robin, the owner/manager, was extremely respomsive to our needs. Now I see in the reviews, which I had not read before, that others wished there was a hair dryer and fan. Rest assured, Robin had those put in as soon as I mentioned it. Overall the apartment is cute, modern, compact, well-designed, and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay. It is within walking distance of the train station, but be warned that it's an uphill trek if you're dragging luggage.. Without luggage, walking around the town from this apartment is easy. On the other hand, based on my observations, if you arrive by car, finding a parking space may be difficult.

Good location. There is a very tasty fish and chips shop in the corn.

You can hear the traffic sounds or neighbors move furniture during the evening.

Nice comfy studio,yes it is luxury but depends of the point of view!Location is superb,i s nice calm street 5 mins from raillway St.

the bed is comfortable.

*the heating is controlled on the owner's phone, when i arrived it was very cold, and it took a little time to resolve the situation, but it was *too much light to sleep, glass on the door and sides

great location, easy walk to town and got a car parking space outside. really well designed and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I’d recommend Seaview fish and chip shop round the corner.

brilliant location, right next to town centre and harbour. very clean and spacious for a couple of nights away. very nice bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, tv with Netflix and streaming services included. phone call from the property owner on morning of stay to make sure I had all the information that I needed before my arrival.

the only slight negative is the parking, it’s all free on street parking in a residential area so was hard to find a space. there is a car park in the harbour that looked like it had cars staying in over night but can’t confirm this as we never had to use it.
