45 New Esplanade Court

Great apartment, very clean. The pool was a extra added bonus as my son loved it

It's not the owners fault. But the first corridor smelt horrendous (smoke, Weed, stale cooking). We did find another way out the second day. My only criticism of the apartment itself is that the single bed mattress could maybe do with replacing you could feel the spring if you lay on it.

fantastic location, area was quite. i expected it to be nosier as it was right behind a pub, but it was really nice. we loved the pool, we used it at least 3 times during our stay. the apartment was much bigger and nicer than we expected and was in a lovely view, location as its center to the complex. it was really nice and added bonus to have our own dedicated WiFi. the apartment was very clean and tidy. loved the little extras like salt, sauce and oil. milk ,sugar ,tea and coffee and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could think of needing too, there was even a bit of washing up liquid, sponge and tea towel which was really nice and handy. i would defiantly highly recommend this place to friends and family. id even more than happily stay there again :) the location is perfect. its so close to Paignton front, you have the Geo park, beach and pier. you are only about a 10 minute walk to the closest shops (depending on how fast you walk) there are plenty of places to go out to eat but like i said the kitchen is well stocked with what you would need if you felt like cooking. there is also a great fold out table and chairs to sit to to eat or play games ect. we took our fire-stick but defiantly didn't need to as the TV has Netflix and YouTube all set up. this really is the perfect location for family's and couples. we also had great communication with the owner. A* service highly recommended!!

literally the only slight let down was the key and locks, the keys stuck in the door a couple of times almost refusing to open. but we are not sure if that was something we were doing or if its a known issue. the only other thing to note would be the seagulls which would have been nice if there was some kind of cover around the grounds from them and outside is covered in feathers and pooh, and they are so loud all night, because you are so close the beach, wasn't too bad if you kept the window shut but when it was hot and window open they were so loud. again not any ones doing on purpose but only slight criticism

Accomidation first rate location spot on easy check in and out

Not getting decent sleep due 2 the hundreds of seaguls that gather on roof surely they could put spikes to prevent this as it also makes the complex look dirty due 2 droppings we no u can't control the seagulls but prevention would not b that difficult also a small TV in bedroom would hav been handy

Top location just opposite of Paignton pier, clean, easy check-in and check-out, good communication with owners

The water heating system is a little bit strange for me and the mattress, especially on the small bed, needs to be replaced urgently.

Good location for Paignton, swimming pool, well appointed, clean and comfortable apartment

Not fault of owner but disturbing noisy neighbours, amorous into the early hours!

Got absolutely no sleep because of downstairs apartment partying all night and when contacting the host she wasn't able to contact the owner of the property downstairs to try and ask them to be quiet the following night. Advice I got was to knock on which didn't work. Not the hosts fault at all, but we will look for a hotel next time so if we are disturbed the hotel can sort it etc.

It was immaculate very central and having a private parking space was brilliant
