Location for the shops and sea front could not be better. Far better than any alternative types of accomodation that we have used in our experirience of the Torbay area over 40+years, which incudes a toring caravan, static caravans, guest houses and hotels. My gluten free diet was not a problem: as well as having all the major supermarkets close by the apartment had good coooking facilities if requireds to prepare a meal

I was intially confused by the lockbox access as I did not open my email on the day of arrival, but Laura soon put that right

Location is excellent for Paignton you can leave your car in the car park as everything is within walking distance. The apt was clean & well equipped. Good communication from Laura

There wasn’t anything I disliked unless I wanted to be picky

The apartment was spacious, very clean and well equipped. Near to the train station, shops, bars and restaurants. Let down by the mess outside.

There were hundreds of seagulls on the roofs of the building and the noise they made in the early hours was indescribable. There were seagull feathers everywhere in the grounds. I could understand a few being so close to the sea but the paths and grass were covered in them. Even inside the doorway to the building. Maybe a deterrent could be put in place and in the meantime a daily clean up. This was really off putting. The next door neighbour had his TV or radio very loud till 1 or 2am so didn't get a good nights sleep in the 4 nights we spent there.

Apartment was very clean and it’s quite spacious for one bedroom flat, very good location. I was worried about the noise from seagulls from previous feedback but it’s nowhere as bad. And I would be surprised if there would t be any being so close to seafront. Family friendly and we would definitely stay again.

Worth checking when the fun fair is there (over bank holiday week 2023 this year), if you have the windows open in the day all you can hear is the bass of their music, and if you don't remember to shut the windows at night there's 100s of seagulls on the roof waking you up. Not the owners fault but worth keeping in mind when it's hot. That would go for any property within half a mile of the fair.
