Francesco ist ein Schatz.

Stanza ben arredata, pulitissima e ben attrezzata. Host molto cortese e premuroso. Buona la posizione rispetto al centro-città. Parcheggio comodo. Letto e cuscini molto comodi, cucina ben attrezzata, arredamento gradevole. Location consigliata

Ho soggiornato due notti e non ci sono elementi che non ci sono piaciuti.

There is a nice flow to the appartmant and it has everything you might need, very thoughtfully arranged. Spotless. Caring host. Great location if you plan to use train/bus.

The neighbourhood seems a bit shady. Personally we didn’t experience anything bad, but we felt a bit uneasy at the street. The building itself felt safe.

A very comfortable apartment for a short stay, within walking distance of the city center and close to shops. It has well-functioning air conditioning, which was crucial during my stay, as it was hot even at night. Very clean and has everything you need.

The location is not good for a woman staying alone. Several locals of Piacenza indicated that this is the roughest part of the city and in recent times there has been a lot of crime. They strongly recommended that I not walk to the proper alone at night as it is not safe. This obviously made me very concerned and I decided to leave the property and stay in the centre close by to my work venue and colleagues.

Cleaned and with all the things you need, in the kitchen- to make hot drinks and cook, but also in the bathroom with all toiletries.

The view from the balcony is not the best one, but we were not home much so it did not matter for us.

The host Francesco accommodated to our early arrival request and met us at building entrance. All facilities very considerate and adequate. Overall very clean. Easy access to train station, bus terminal, supermarket and city centre on foot.

It was very near and tidy with great decor. But more than that the hosts were very helpful. Even when our flight schedule did not meet the check in window they made arrangements for us and helped us throughout. We didn't think twice before book again and extending the stay! Grazie!
