Perfectly equipped apartment within easy reach of Piacenza's historic city centre, several supermarkets and public transport. Very friendly welcome, including lots of helpful advice and cookies from a local bakery. Public parking space directly in front of the building

Wonderfully cozy apartment, close to the train and bus station. I loved the balcony, and the host was super kind (even offering to pick me up at the station because of the rain!).

Everything was excellent, the apartments have all you need and more. Beautiful design, comfy balcony, all equipment, these two days in Piacenza were a pleasure, thanks to Francesco! We will definitely come back)

The room was organised in a very smart way, so that there is a lot of space to store all items. The owner is a very nice person and was very flexible: We had a business meeting which took longer and we arrived 2h later than initially communicated and it was no problem at all. Francesco is very friendly and helpful and he had great recommendations for us. Thanks a lot.

We had a lovely time with my wife in Piacenza. Our host Francesco was very kind and helpful. Parking place in our building. Nice balcony and the beds were very comfy. WIFI working properly. We will surely come back! Quite recommended!

Next time we will surely ask for more fresh towels, coffee and toilet paper.
