Everything was good especially the room we were very comfortable as a family

When i arrived from the airport i was told my name was not on the list of people who booked. At the reception they told me to go to menlyn place the apartments behind trilogy i went there and my name was not on their list as well. .They tried to kol the host but her phone was unavailable. I then decided on my own to go back to trilogy that's when they booked me saying your host was here.I was very disappointed and very disturbed.

Property in great location, easy check in experience, nice touches on arrival! The bed was super comfortable.

Sleeper couch is not the greatest.
