Menlyn Maine Trilogy 11th Floor

property was over prices. no soap or shampoo in shower. No coffee or sugar. I have stayed in this building a few times but this unit was terrible.

Unfortunately loud music were played by one of the tenants through the night and early Sunday morning as well.

the unit is a new build, nice and neat, safe parking

we arrived at 21:30. we booked for 2 adults and 2 children. when we entered the apartment we could hear load music inside the apartment. the children could not sleep. no sheets for the bunk bed, no pillows, no duvet cover, no towels for the children. we booked and paid for them as well. no attention to detail at all!! no wine glasses, in the cupboard. i had to walk to reception, and ask for them to open another unit to get a sheet, etc. after I had to contact the owner. the music continued to pump at the apartment next to us. i asked the security guard to assist. he was really not very enthusiastic. knocked twice on the door and left. the noise continued until 4/5am in the morning. the bed was extremely uncomfortable, only feather pillows provided - no hypoallergenic ones. we hardly got any sleep. worst stay ever

Check-in was a hassle, staff was struggling and seemed that they were overwhelmed by the 5 people in the que. Took more than half an hour
