Positano's Flats

Gorgeous beautiful view! Very spacious. The outdoor areas were great! Sitting out in the morning with a cup of coffee, and at night with ice cold beverages.

Dogs barking nearby if you sat outside and even when you don't. Hot water didn't accommodate 4 people to take showers on the same morning. So we had to do 2 at night, 2 in morning. One night it never would get hot, so I contacted host and she did send someone out the next day to check and it had run out of propane. The Apartment is kinda located on the curve of the road so it was always hard for our drivers to pick us up. And they could never locate the address. You also have to walk quite a distance to stores or restaurants. So be prepared for that.

The view from the property was absolutely stunning, and the location was very close to many shops and restaurants. The property was also spotless. Luigi and Martini are both so accommodating. We missed our connection flight and Luigi arranged a last minute private transfer to pick us up from Naples in the middle of the night, and Martina met and still took the time to walk us through the property so late at night. We would absolutely recommend and stay at the property again.

Only one room had air conditioner Light on the outside stairs not working so it was scary at night entering the property

Location perfect. Martina met us and showed us around the property. Plenty of room for our young family and stunning views from the balconies. We cooked in the large kitchen every evening.

It;s a bit of a walk down to the beach which we did everyday but our 4 and 6 year olds handled it with out any issues with the occasional ride on shoulders for the 4 year old

The property is spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the terrace daily with the spectacular views and breezes. The location could not have been better- we walked to all our destinations. Felt extremely safe coming back late and Martina the host was lovely. She arranged early check in for us and was readily available to communicate. Can’t go wrong with this flat. 3 bathrooms was a luxury for 3 women exploring Positano. Comfy beds, freezing cold A/C for the hottest days. Coffee and tea for our mornings and a fully stocked kitchen to enjoy bottles of wine we brought back. Simply perfect!

The property was very nice and the property was actually better than described. It was a 2 bedroom with 3 baths.

There was a funky smell in one of the bathrooms but I understand it was a result of all the rain.

Property was a good location for Positano & Apt. w/ (2) bedrooms, (3) baths & (3) balconies was perfectly spacious for family of 4 w/ 2 teenagers, as sofa chairs also convert for sleeping.. You walk everywhere but this Apt is about 200m to bus stop & from there road to restaurants/shops & ultimately steps the beach. You’ll get your steps in!! Martina is the sweetest host- oh my- how incredible. She arranges everything & the family is keeping Apt in the family trying to modernize as they go- but why mess w: historic charm?.. it’s perfect. We loved our stay. 2-3 nights is just perfect to get in local culture & tour up the Amalfi coast. Book this Apt. you’ll love it!
