Size, location and parking

Cobwebs I have a fear of spiders. The ceilings are really high so it is awkward to get them all I imagine, but there were rather a lot. Took a while to heat up as place is massive.

The property is spacious and big enough for a lot of people. Wi-Fi is available and car parking space available.

I think the property should specify clearly that if you bring any extra guests other than the number indicated on the booking, it will cost more.

Everything was great. Mike was very attentive and there to greet us and also to say goodbye Explained everything we needed to know clearly

I liked the size of the room , Nicely decorated First impressions were good. Had spare bedding pillows Had shampoo shower gel Hair dryer l used my own so dont know if they worked Just a small thing would have been nice to have had board games magazine. Have few things for small children .

Parking was very small. Front door / locked wasnt the best it locked but not secure as l would have liked .. It was clean but once you started looking for things in drawers / cupboard it wasnt clean eg crumbs. You could hear host upstairs.

Great space. Good for families and groups. Off street parking. Great communication and help.from host.

Overall very good but in need of updating in a few areas.
