Lovely 1 bed flat in Victorian house 300m seafront

Lovely apartment with high ceilings and period features. We loved the spacious bedroom which stayed cool despite the warm weather. The kitchen was very well equipped and we cooked evening meals. We liked being able to eat outside and keep our bikes on the terrace behind a gate which could be locked. Communication with the owner was very good.

Everything was perfect.

Super location...Very pleasant set up.

Heat was being lost through the Larder room...into open wall space....Was cold on the Friday...but weather is warming up..

The living room, bedroom and kitchen were all very clean, well furnished, well equipped and comfortable. Bedding, furnishings and kitchen items were all excellent quality, and it was lovely to have milk (which sadly I didn't need as I'd bought my own), and other basics provided. The location was excellent and parking was easy.

Access to the keys wasn't easy and there was a very large step from pavement to flat entrance - I think this ought to be mentioned in case of mobility problems. The bathroom, though perfectly clean, wasn't a place to linger in. I was disappointed that the only outlook from the living room was through the door.

Excellent location - a minute from Penzance promenade. Accommodation very clean. Well-equipped little flat. Nice big bedroom and comfortable bed.

Sofa not so comfy.

Apartment location was good.

The Lounge suite was a bit uncomfortable. Chairs were ok.
