"Great base for exploring coastal Cornwall"

Great location near the coast promenade, walking distance to Newlyn and Mousehole. Separate living/bedroom with comfortable bed.

Nothing really. Some have mentioned the off street parking but we had no issues finding close parking.

Facilities very good. We thought Appliance instructions were needed for eg. Oven, Microwave and for disposal of rubbish , recycling etc.

All good. Small complaint really but over head heater in toilet area not working. Radiators out of occupants control. But Summer coming up it’s not so bad.

Large spacious bedroom, comfortable living room and well equipped kitchen. Quiet location and free of charge Street parking. Very close to the Promenade and the sea.
