Close proximity to the airport. The owner activated his electrical generator when the Island power grid failed.

The surrounding streets were sketchy if not dangerous. Bars on all windows and doors. Sidewalks were cleaner in Delhi. Trash, broken glass, dirt and killer chickens...no joke. The window ac was so loud that I ended up using a pedestal fan.

Joe is very friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean and good AC.

Very dark, minimal natural light. Good for an airport stopover night.

Close to the airport ( but not walkable due to the 4 lane highway), and close to a small grocery store. Roomier than what I expected. Had an air conditioner, closet with hangers and TV in the bedroom. Joe was very responsive. Kitchen had a microwave, fridge and a few plates, glasses and a few pieces of cutlery. Nice high top bar with 2 chairs.

No blanket, only a bottom and top sheet. No soap in the shower. Bed had a plastic feel under the bottom sheet. You used a padlock to provide security at the entrance instead of a locked door.

Location near car rental and airport were deciding factors. Appreciated Joe meeting us to explain parking, and locks on gates & doors. Good price for location.

Quite basic amenities.

Very convenient for the airport. I didn't want to drive down from the mountains at night in the rain and fog. The AC worked well. The internet was lousy and the TV not user friendly. It's a good place to lay your head for a few hours, repack your bags and get ready for your flight.
