It’s super close to the airport. Exactly what I needed.

The shower doesn’t work well.

No blanket for bed, light switch and outlet at the shower head for hot water will kill someone by electrocution.

The property was absolutely cleaned, and close to the airport. Appliances and bathroom worked as expected, and it's close to beaches in San Juan BY CAR. And, Joe was a great host, always offering advice on places to visit and tips for moving around the city.

Bus stops are close but always late by over 30 mins. Thus, you NEED a car (rental, Uber, Taxi) to leave the area either to beach, airport or San Juan. Also, any small markets nearby close down by 9PM.

The air conditioner in the bedroom worked AMAZING. It was super clean, Joe was very helpful and friendly, and its super close to the airport but not too noisy. There was a really nice floor in the main room.

It was a little hard to find. Inside was just the essentials.

The air conditioner is very very noisy, hard to sleep with this device in function. Joe should change his AC. Flat is a bit dark, needs refreshment

Each room has one bare light bulb without a sconce. No standing lamps. No table lamps because there are no tables. Harsh. In the kitchen There are about six plastic dishes, and a bag of paper plates, and a bag of plastic utensils in the cupboard. The place appears to have been furnished from yard sales or discard piles. There is no hot water heater - no hot running water from kitchen or bath faucet. There is lukewarm water in shower from an inline plug-in shower water heater. And the shower head drips - doesn’t function like a real shower head. It’s like standing under a leaky faucet. The noise from the airport is significant. Sensitive people might have a tough time here. We were left two bath towels but no hand towels, no washcloths, and no bathmat. The bedding was sheets only. I get that it can be hot, but no other cover available? Pretty cheap and shoddy. There is a folded single bed cot in the bedroom but no sheets for it. That was a little odd. I guess bedding for it is provided if there is a child in your party but it’s odd to have a metal bed frame and bare mattress just sitting in the bedroom. The cabinet faces don’t appear to ever have been washed. They’re filthy. The cabinets look pretty bad too. I think they are mismatched and mounted improperly (not square). In the kitchen area, below the bar, the wall is filthy. I doubt it’s been washed recently or ever. To complete the decor, an industrial size mop and mop bucket are in a corner of the kitchen area. The whole vibe of the place is not too good by developed world standards. My wife and I slept poorly and didn’t like the place AT ALL.

Apt is old. Bed was uncomfortable. It was in a bad location. No amenities. There was a thin sheet as a cover. Only 2 bath towels, no hand towels. Wi fi password wasn't correct. Tv had no service. I wouldn't have stayed a second night.

Mr Joe is very helpful and give us all instructions that we need. The location is the best part. It’s close to the airport, close to the beach’s. And have an amazing place to eat at night that closes 1am. Joe apartment is really nice, we felt like home.

I just think should have a stove in the house, so we can make Coffee’s anytime.
