Lovely studio-flat with free parking, free WiFi.

Was easy accessible

The room is beautifully fitted out, the bed is super comfortable and the available space has been used to maximum effect. Everything is well-maintained and working properly. Roundhay Park is within walking distance. I would without hesitation recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Harehills area of Leeds.

The only negative, relevant to some though not us, is that there is no disabled access. Entry is down a fight of stone steps.

Worst last minute decision by me! Advertised as "Lovely" .. I guess it's all relative but really not in my opinion.... photos look great but in reality it's a very bog standard basement room on a busy Terraced street that has been done out to Air BnB with minimal effort and basic fixtures n fittings. Everything makes noises when used, ie. Boiler, taps etc. Sink has several cracks and small shower. Bed comfy enough but only basic/small ironing board n iron. Basic TV and amenities.. most annoyingly woke up with loud heavy footsteps at 7am, when needed a lie in...with constant bangs and noises from pipes etc.... then constant tapping/banging again at 8am... Nightmare!

All the above and expensive just for 1 room when I could have spent another £20 and got a 3 bedroomed house locally!
