"Out of central Leeds but very comfortable and warm space to relax."

Communication was very good. The room was spacious, clean and welcoming.good shower, and everything you’d need. Great Wi-Fi too!

The lock box numbers are hard to read, which is a design fault I think.

"Security concerns about giving personal information and money over WhapsAPP"

I did not stay at the property due to personal security concerns

After booking this property they would not provide me with the key unless I sent my passport details by WhatsApp or sent them £100. None of this was on the original policy description but requested after I had paid in full. I would have not booked this property if I had known this. Approached booking.com as I felt this was unsafe. Also lots of fines if anything is out of place when leaving. I feel they would charge you everything!!! I never stayed and they would not refund surprise surprise

"Nightmare in leeds"

NOTHING

We are very unhappy rioting the day before we should of been told and given the opportunity to cancel and and be offered our money as it was no doing of ours when we pulled up there was police everywhere and looked like a war zone. My wife just didn't feel safe I think booking.com need to look into the places on there site
