Lamentablemente no me gusto nada, ya que cancelaron nuestra reserva sin previo aviso.

La comunicación con el alojamiento fue imposible. Nunca cogen el teléfono. Reservamos una hora antes de llegar y se negaron a admitir la fianza en efectivo pues no podíamos realizar la transferencia bancaria al no tener acceso a nuestra aplicación. Intentamos por mail y por teléfono comunicarnos con ellos y nos dejaron colgados. Han cancelado la reserva sin previo aviso.

O alojamento está bem localizado e equipado com o essencial. É um espaço muito acolhedor. A caução pelo alojamento (100€) foi devolvida nos dois dias seguintes à saída.

O alojamento poderia ter mais toalhas de banho disponíveis para hóspedes.

Didn't provide invoice as requested. Host doesn't answer emails or the messages left on Booking. Unprofessional attitude.

Good location, comfortable place, had netflix

The bed pillows were too big, I hardly slept. Too stuffed

The location looked great—in theory, it was the city center, so it was very nice. But there were no double-glazing windows or sound blockers, so you heard everything—I mean everything.

Sound-canceling windows and walls... the rest was fantastic. very clean ... great shower. It could do with more kitchen utensils and wine glasses.

Great location in the city historic centre and traditional shopping pedestrian area. All the major tradiotional shops, restaurants, bars, supermarket and the gorgeous Market are within less than 15min walking distance in pedestrian streets. We had no difficulty finding public parking place right at the door. Public parking in that central area is paid 9-19h and Saturday 9-13h. Download the app (link and QRcode on the pay meters) so you can "refill" easily. The apartment is quite luminous and as it faces South, it is quite comfortable. We stayed for some of the coldest days in winter and we never had to turn on the air conditioner as it was warm enough. It was fully equiped with all the necessary small appliances and kitchen utensils. As we stayed for 9 nights, the owner kindly provided fresh towels and a clean up by the 4th night. A 100€ deposit was requested to cover for eventual damages. This was fully refunded a couple of days after we left. The owner was quite responsive to the several questions we had, replying to all of them nicely, clearly and quickly. Undoubtedly a nice stay.

The apartment is on the 1st floor and the flight of stairs is somewhat steep and has no handrail. Some caution is recommended with the luggage. Also, if you are tall, mind your head on the stairs. Strangely, there was only one bedstand and one reading light by the bed. We had to improvise with a small chest of drawers and a table lamp - gladly we always carry an extension cord in our luggage. The blanket was on the shortish size. If we wanted to cover our ears, the feet were left uncovered, so we had to curl up. The pillows were too soft and there were no other. The shower head was fixed overhead, with no flexible handheld shower. Not the most pratical to get a good overall shower. There was no shelf on the shower cabin, so we had to put the shampoo, shower gel, soap, etc on the floor. There is a floor to ceiling window between the bedroom and the shower cabin, so if you are taking a shower, you can see your partner in the bed... and vice versa... An arguable aestethic choice... These were small niggles that were not bad enough to detract our stay, but if they were all corrected we would classify our stay as a 10/10 instead of 8/10. And most of them can be easily mended by the owner.
