Camilla suite

Camilla Suite was wonderful in every way. The location was perfect and we loved waking to the amazing view and sound of the sea. The Suite had a really comfortable bed and we loved being able to use the washer and dryer. We even went to the open air market and cooked a meal one evening in the well appointed kitchen. Elisa was a terrific host and provided several great recommendations. I highly recommend the property and can’t wait to return myself.

We loved everything about this accommodation. It was a real home away from home. Elsia and Lorenzo went above and beyond to make our stay the best and would have changed the weather for us if they could. Lozenzo was kind enough to pick us up from the train station and transport us back to the bus station. The apartment was huge with a washer & dryer, sea view, courtyard covered porch, and even robes for two. Attention to detail from the Owners make this place a top choice in Siracusa.

There is really nothing to say here. We experienced a major storm on our last day with heavy wind driven rain which caused a few problems from mother nature but the accommodation itself was outstanding.

A lovely apartment to relax in! Super well equipped and in a good location. View to die for!

We so enjoyed our week here. The apartment was perfect: very spacious, clean, well maintained, excellent location and a great sea view. Elisa had thought of every little touch to make the apartment a home from home and she could not have been more helpful with recommendations. Fantastic.

Great hostess Elisa, great location close to everything to explore Syracuse. Apartment has everything to enjoy staying in the area, including water and wine (10 euro per bottle). Unbelievable sea view.

Parking is not available on streets, however there are two parking in close proximity; 15 and 20 euro per night.,

The location on Ortigia along with the morning view of beautiful sunrises, and the layout of the flat, with separate sleeping, eating and sitting, plus good airflow with open balconies made it so pleasant for the 9 nights we stayed. The owners/hosts were very helpful and responsive, too. We would definitely come back if our travel plans bring us this way in the future.

Not only does this apartment have a stunning view of the sea, it is close to the food market, historic laneway shops, restaurants and bars. You can be fully self-catering or just enjoy some air conditioned respite from the heat at siesta time. I would highly recommend this property. Elisa was a very knowledgeable and helpful host who made lists of local recommendations on our arrival. 10/10 ⭐️

Location and views, authenticity of furnishing (being an Italian old town property) facilities including washing machine and extras - eg olive oil herbs balsamic vinegar foil etc which were so useful when you are self catering… and snorkels and umbrellas you could use for the beach. Everything had been thought about to make it as easy as possible to live there for the week ‘as though it was your home.’ .. and everything worked.

Nothing we disliked. Not a problem for us but there are stairs up to the flat. Parking was in a car park up the road paid daily which added to the cost but we knew that and it was unavoidable as the property is in the old town. The benefit of being able to walk straight into town out weighed this.

beautiful furnishing in old but grand style and fabulous view of the sea from two windows. Good choice of local wines available to purchase. comfortable bed. really a very positive experience. definitely going back if we are ever in syracusa. host was very nice and helpful regarding vegetarian restaurants.

these are tiny things -no bluetooth speaker so could not play music unfortunately and turntable was broken. the entry to the property from the street was less than beautiful but the property more than makes up for that.
